Follow:

A67 / A5 Basel (border Germany - Switzerland)

A2 Gotthard tunnel (be aware: traffic-jams during high season!)

A2 Chiasso (border Switzerland - Italy)

A9 / A8 Milan - take A4 direction Venezia

GPS users be aware!!! GPS-system will indicate the 1st exit direction Idro – ignore this!!! Do not follow, the GPS-system will send you through very small mountain roads.

Instead:

Follow: A4 exit Brescia Est (km 224 – attention: this is AFTER BRESCIA) – 3rd exit direction Idro (still 40 km from this point)

After this exit, if you arrive at a round point, you first need to follow “Lago di Garda”

Follow S45 direction Valle Sabbia - Madonna di Campiglio - Lago D'idro

On this road you will pass the villages:

Vobarno - Sabbio Chiese - SS237 Barghe - Nozza - Vestone - Lavenone

Arrival in Pieve Vecchia

In "Pieve Vecchia" you need to pay attention! The road direction "Lemprato - Crone - Capovalle - Treviso Bresciana" (direction Camping "Rio Vantone") is very small, you can pass it like that.

So turn right at this small road – pass a small bridge – turn left just after the small bridge. Keep following this road until you arrive at a small cross road – turn left direction “Crone - Vantone - Vesta ”. Keep following this road (you will pass very small parts) direction Camping Azur “Rio Vantone”.

The camping is located after the village “Crone” direction “Vantone/Vesta”. “Rio Vantone” is the last camping on this road.

Note: this road only goes until the village “Vesta”, after this no continued traffic.

If you pass through Switzerland you need to buy a toll ticket at the border:

  • Valid for 1 year = 31.50 euro
