General conditions

Good service and satisfaction that's our goal! To keep this promise it is necessary to put things clear. Below we would like to inform you concerning the general conditions of Proficamp. If you have any questions or remarks, please do not hesitate to contact us!

General:

  • Proficamp ask a deposit of 50 euro at time of arrival. If you rent a bungalowt tent you need to give this deposit to the guests couple at time of arrival, for the apartment you need to give it to the reception of the camp site. The deposit will be returned at time of departure. Proficamp make sure that your tent will be ready for you in an excellent, clean condition at time of arrival . You as a guest need to return the tent in the clean condition as we gave it to you.
  • You don't have pay any extra taxes as a tourist
  • You don't have to pay an end-cleaning-fee, because you are responsable to clean the tent at the end of your holiday. Our guest couple can clean the tent for 20 euro as an option if you prefer not to clean it yourself. If you didn't clean the tent at time of check-up by the guest couple we will automaticelly charge 20 euro for cleaning.
  • We charge 15 Euro per booking
  • Changes in a booking: 1st change = no extra fee / extra changes = 10 Euro per change
  • You pay per tent, not per person
  • In all accommodations: smoking and pets are not allowed (pets only allowed in apartments)
  • A booking will be definite if it is confirmed to you
  • Day of arrival: you are able to enter your tent as from 15 hours
  • Day of departure: you need to leave your tent at least at 11 hours

Payments:

  • After you received an e-mail of availability we ask you to do the first payment within 2 weeks (14 days): 35% of the total amount with a minimum of 125 euro.
  • The remaining amount needs to be paid at least 8 weeks before arrival.
  • If you reserve 10 days before arrival you need to pay the full amount immediately (within 48 hours)
  • If Proficamp doesn't receive the payment within the requested period, it has the right to cancel the booking if no payment is received after a warning. In that case Proficamp has the right to charge a cancellation fee of 25%, with a minimum of 125 Euro.
  • The head booker will be held responsible for all costs which are resulted by not respecting the general conditions for renting an accommodation at Proficamp.

Cancellation:

You can only cancel by letter or e-mail. Unfortunately there are some costs connected to cancellation:

  • Until 8 weeks before arrival = 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of 125 Euro
  • Between 8 weeks and 4 weeks before arrival = 50% of the total amount
  • Between 4 weeks and day of arrival = 100% of the total amount

Responsibility

Proficamp will never be responsible for:

  • Damage and/or injuries caused during a holiday in one of our offered accommodations
  • Damage and/or injuries caused during your trip to our destinations
  • Damage and/or injuries caused during participation to activities during your holiday
  • Loss and/or theft and/or damage of personal items or money
  • Oral information / information given by telephone

Complaints:

As mention we will do our very best to give you as a guest the most pleasant holiday at Lake Idro. Unfortunately things can go wrong or not be exactly what you expected to be.

If you have any complaint or worry about your holiday at our destinations, please do not hesitate to talk to the courier couple at your destination. Of course, if the couple at the destination cannot solve the problem, you are always welcome to contact our Proficamp office. Please send any complaint by letter or e-mail, within 2 weeks after departure at the destination, and we will do our very best to process your complaint with our complete attention. Every complaint we take serious! This can improve us in our service to you in future, but also gives us the possibility to show you that we are worth your trust as a guest!

However are you satisfied by Proficamp, don't hesitate to communicate this to us or your surroundings. It is always nice to see our efforts been rewarded by happy guests!
