Lake Idro

Lake Idro lies in the triangle between Trento, Brescia and Verona, east of Lake Garda, at an altitude of 391 meters. This is in the picturesque surroundings of the Brenta peaks that belong to the Dolomites.

The region Idro lies on the Southeast bank of Lake Idro and consists out of 6 small villages, of which the largest village has 1500 inhabitants. On the Southeast bank we find:

Along the West bank lies Anfo, which is well known for its Venetian border establishment.
